A woman handing out pizza samples at a Virginia Costco was shot and killed by sheriff's deputies Wednesday afternoon after she began acting strangely and came at the officers with a weapon, authorities said.
A sheriff's deputy also was wounded in the leg, possibly by a ricochet. He is expected to recover.
The melee began at about 3 p.m., when store employees noticed the woman acting oddly at the Costco in Sterling, Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman said. Witnesses said she seemed upset about the pizza she was handing out.

And from whom would you get them help from? I'm going to go out on a limb here and say there aren't a lot of mental health professionals who are going to "help" a person in a psychotic episode who's armed with a deadly weapon. I'd say without much exception, they'd call the police.
If this woman was my daughter, wife or mother, there are eight cops (and a store manager) that would not be able to afford an unguarded moment as long as I still drew breath.
The fact that the store manager almost certainly wasn't involved makes you're vendetta deeply disturbing. I'll assume the two officers on the scene are on your death list, but which other six would you stalk down for "justice"? Just six random cops, until your blood lust was sated?
Considering you've tried to pass yourself off as someone with law enforcement experience, with breath-taking failure, you've pretty much destroyed any credibility you have.

editor-surveyor indicated he knew how to disarm a person wielding a knife.
From this story and your comments its pretty certain cops don’t know how to do that, so he has hardly tried to pass himself off as a cop.
editor-surveyor is a cop hating troll. He pretends to be someone with a law enforcement officer back ground or a military background.
In all likelihood, he's a 45 year old kid living with his mom.
