I remember a 97-98 once, on 9 holes, back in the early-60s. Haven’t played since then. I never lived that down at the CC, where I caddied and bused tables. I’d still lose with a 130 handicap.

The one thing is that whether illegals can vote or not, whether they can get welfare or not.
THEY COUNT
When rep districts are assigned, when the fed $$$ are doled out to the states, it is by total population, not by legal citizens or registered voters
Sometime it is convenient to have a district where very few can vote.
If illegals weren’t counted, how many seats would California actually have?

I vaguely remember it was either FL or CA, and he was gone 4 or 5 days.
Heck, I don’t remember what I had for breakfast last Friday... but I do remember my Family’s telephone number from the 50s, before area codes: CL9-0294, in Arl Hts, IL.
