There is a growing body of scientific evidence which proves that genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) are inherently different from natural organisms

How are they different? Besides your feeling?

including the way the body processes them

It's called digestion. It works differently on GMO? How?

All I want as a consumer is to have all the correct information to make an informed decision. When it comes to food I want it on the package.

When I go to a gas station and pay for 20 gallons of gas, we expect an accurate calibrated pump and the gasoline to be properly labeled with the correct octane.

When I go to a restaurant and order a drink I want it to be what was represented and what I ordered. Fox News had an article on NJ restaurants selling customers rubbing alcohol as top shelf booze.

We’re in an era of changing culture in America where ethics of people, politicians and business have moved to the back seat. Wall St and the Fed jacks the stock market up and down at their whim. I don’t trust Monsanto.

Surely you don’t oppose an honest and free market? By non-disclosure Monsanto obviously does.

From link...reference links

… Concerning the injection of foreign DNA into GM crops, Physicians and Scientists for Responsible Application of Science and Technology (PSRAST) have taken a more scientific approach by actually investigating how the body processes foreign DNA, which revealed that things are not as peachy as Monsanto claims they are. As can be expected, foreign DNA is not properly recognized by the body, and negatively stimulates the immune system in such a way as to cause disease-inducing inflammation

GMOs should be safety tested before they hit the market says AMA

... Studies in the scientific literature have suggested that genetic engineering could introduce new food allergens, increase the levels of known allergens, raise or lower nutrient levels and have adverse effects on the animals that eat such foods.”

New study: Monsanto's toxins kill human kidney cells

… A new study shows that low doses of Bt biopesticide CryA1b as well as the glyphosate herbicide, Roundup, kill human kidney cells. The Bt biopesticide conferring insect resistance and the glyphosate tolerance trait tied to the use of glyphosate herbicides account for almost all the GM crops grown worldwide

… These studies, along with the observation that Bt protein is present in the blood of pregnant women and their babies makes it an urgent matter for the health impacts of Bt proteins in GMO crops to be thoroughly investigated along with the known effects on the environment and non-target species [that is, in us].

Uncovered, the 'toxic' gene hiding in GM crops: Revelation throws new doubt over safety of foods

You Are What You Eat: Genetically Modified Foods Include “Information”

… According to recent research from China’s Nanjing University, when people eat rice, tiny sequences of microRNA from the plant-based food can survive the body’s digestive process and end up absorbed in human tissue where —and here’s the reason why we need to know about this study —plant microRNA may actually affect how our cells behave and function. In the study,Exogenous plant MIR168a specifically targets mammalian LDLRAP1: evidence of cross-kingdom regulation by microRNA,published in the Journal Cell Research, the genetic material from rice showed up in human liver cells where it appeared to influence cells’ uptake of cholesterol from the blood.
