Those close to the couple say that Ms. Abedin, a seasoned operative well versed in the politics of redemption, has been a main architect of her husband’s rehabilitative journey, shaping his calculated comeback and drawing on her close ties with one of the country’s most powerful families to lay the groundwork for his return.

Let's cut the BS, shall we? Huma knows jack about redemption. If you're a RAT, the media will gladly resurrect you. If you're a Republican and especially if you're a conservative, they'll block you every step of the way.

Twenty-one years and counting, and Dan Quayle is still hounded about putting the e on potato. Meanwhile, Mr. Sixty States in the Union (Been to 57, one more to go and not allowed to go Alaska and Hawaii) sits completely unscathed at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave as does Mr. Three Letters J-O-B-S over at Blair House.

Let's see Huma fix Quayle and then I'll start buying she's some type reputation miracleworker.

The only miracle here is that she didn’t cut his little weiner off...
