Its called the squirrel method..take the focus off of Benghazi, IRS, fast and furious..the list goes on and on..also he just loves the sound of his own voice

He’s hoping using a speech someone wrote for him will make him look more presidential.
Once the speech is done the jackass can’t remember one word he said.

He’s prepping the collective populace psyche for the upcoming drone war and other aggressive behavior against terrorists who are “drifting towards violence.” There will be “consequences for those who break the law,” doncha know.
IOW, the 2.6 billion cartridges and the new DHS Gestapo and all that. He’s dressing it up all pretty-like for all the dumb-asses out there who haven’t figured out The End Game.
