Boy Scouts are supposed to be of high moral value and child that is into sex in the first place could be argued against and certainly any child into deviant sex shouldn’t be there.
Every boy from 14 on is into sex in some form.
It’s part of puberty.
What the boy scouts don’t need is boys into sex with boys.
