Russian cops carry guns, one of their choice of weapon is the PP-19 ‘Vityaz’ submachine gun.
German cops carry guns too...it would be humorous if Germany one of the top Law Enforcement handgun manufacturers in the world, two among their the top; Sig Sauer and H&K....did not allow their police to carry.
Not sure about China.
