I cannot believe someone on the committee did not anticipate this from the thuggery regime, that she would post a statement of what she wanted on the record bu refuse to answer any questions.

When she pleaded the fifth, after singing a statement, then stating at the hearing that she did nothing wrong/illegal, the committee should not have allowed her to leave until every memeber with a question or two asked her and the record would have a long list of questions posed to her which could then be placed alongside the specious claim that she did nothing worng. remember, with the liberal mind the charges/queries are more important than the truth. we should have posed the charges in the form of questions she would then plead the fifth over!

Obviously, they DID anticipate the possibility. And were ready for it.

Having waived her right to hide behind the 5A, she now has two alternatives: testify...or go to jail. A choice that may well lead to her attorney negotiating immunity...and she spilling her guts.
