Is this IRS building on Federal Property; it might be? Otherwise, there is _no_ federal police power. This is a well established legal principle. Implying there should have been state law enforcement only unless this ground is federal. Period. USG may be establishing brand new, lawless, operations right in front of y’all.

I _knew_ when _homeland_ security was formed that it would move to this. Read about the same in the history of Nazi Germany. This department needs to be closed; should never have been established.

The way the laws have been worked out over the last couple of centuries a 'federal installation' can be a piece of land with or without a building on it, or a rented facility.

The rules regarding DOD installations are different than those regarding post office so you'd want to check before shooting someone in the lobby, right!

I knew on 9/11/01 that the ultimate victims would be the citizens of this country. I remember asking my co-workers, "I wonder what new laws to restrict our liberties will come from this?" Sadly, it was as predictable as the rising of the sun.
