Too late. They are already lawyering up. And to make matters worse, DOJ is involved. Can anyone imagine DOJ doing an objective investigation? Or the Obama administration being cooperative in supplying documents? We need to get this out of the hands of Congress and the DOJ. The Dems are forming a circle around Obama. Anyone watching the congressional hearings knows that the Dems will obstruct and obfuscate any real attempt to get to the facts.
We need a special prosecutor. Did you read the title of this thread? Lerner is taking the 5th. She is shutting up. And what is happening with "Fast and Furious?"
A special prosecutor would put an end to congressional witnesses and testimony. Best for Congress to hold off as long as possible.
