Obama Imperial Presidency Under Siege

President Obama directing the arm of a Marine to hold an umbrella to protect him while he spoke to the press seemed to ooze with the symbolism of an Imperial Presidency. The common thread of the Associated Press Scandal, IRS Scandal, Benghazi Scandal, and now a revival of the Fast and Furious Scandal all speak to an Administration exercising unlimited power in the pursuit of their agenda, while also exercising unlimited power in punishing anyone that gets in their way. The Obama Imperial Presidency reminds me of the attitude of British King George III about the American colonies: “A traitor is everyone who does not agree with me.”

It’s hard to find the right words for Obama: despicable, disgusting, evil, malignant, bigoted, communist, hateful, narcissistic, . . . there are so many options, but they all fall far short of the reality we have to survive. I’ll go with “double plus ungood” in the spirit of George Orwell, who seems to be Obama’s inspiration.
I'll bet this marine would like to have snapped this pipe stem armed sissy-puss's elbow. Just having this horribly anti-American and anti-military scumbag touch me would've enraged me.

This administration shares many hallmarks of previous authoritarian, tyrannical, dictatorships but in a more modernized format.
This is one for the books and if history isn’t rewritten, will be the new model for dictators of tyranny to follow.

RICH-HATERS IN THE WH The Ohaha's say they hate the rich---but the O's know how to spend OPM. The family blew $1.4B on travel and entertainment for themselves and their numerous personal staffs last year: that's 2000 times more than what the entire British Royal Family cost the UK ($57.8M)----$27 million bucks a week is only the tip of the iceberg:
White House sources claim Michelle (with a staff of 24) went through $10M of taxpayer money last year on just her own private trips and shopping sprees, with one calling the First Lady's self-indulgent spending orgy -including extravagant massages, top-shelf booze, and five-star hotels 'disgusting'.
NRO tallied what taxpayers are paying for the Ohaha's living in the White House: $1.4 billion per year: Air Force One ($181,757 per hour), executive chef ($100,000 per year), three full-time White House calligraphers ($ 277,050 per year for the trio), chief of staff to the president’s dog ($102,000 per year), Ohaha's royal motorcade ($2.2 million).

$1.4 BILLION is the current annual cost of the White House — just in household expenses, not including US policy operations for which the WH exists-- administered by some 900 parasites--- policy staff recruited by Ohaha.
Annually, Ohaha vacations cost $20 million (the low estimate for Ohaha's Hawaii vacay was $4 million, but the true cost is probably five times that); the first family’s yearly health-care costs are $7 million; more than $6 million is spent on the White House grounds each year. Transportation costs were a staggering $346 million last year.
The O' kids were flying aroound to the Bahamas and Sun Valley.....while US kids were shut out of the WH supposedly due to sequestration Secret Service cutbacks. The O's galivanting teen daughter was spotted in NYC last week---with girlfriends---dining at the pricey Buddakan, scoffing up rock shrimp, edamame dumplings, short ribs, lobster fried rice........replete w/ five Secret Service guards dining nearby, while students her age were denied access to the people's house.

The oil-rich Ivory Coast has one of the worst human rights records in Africa whose rulers are accused of funneling millions of public monies into their own pockets. But now it looks like the son of the dictator---- Teodoro---whose world— comprised yachts, Bugattis, and Michael Jackson memorabilia—could come crashing down, according to Foreign Policy (via Curbed).
Foreign Policy's Ken Silverstein reported that after a four-year investigation into alleged extortion and laundering of $100 million in the US and "theft of public funds, or other corrupt conduct" back at home, the Justice Department has filed notice of a lawsuit involving the possible seizure of Tedoro's California mansion, and other assets.
And French investigators just seized millions of dollars' worth of his sports cars, while the Spanish government is investigating the entire Obiang clan. Teodoro reportedly hasn't spent much time stateside recently, in part thanks to various legal actions against him.
Just a peek inside the insane world of Teodoro---he first came to the U.S. to attend Pepperdine University in Malibu. While tuition cost just $3,400, he managed to blow through $50,000 in the first five months before dropping out. Source: Business insier--LA Weekly.
Teodoro is listed as the owner of this $35 million mansion on the Malibu coast, which he paid for in cash. It was the most expensive home sold in California in 2006, and has a tennis court, swimming pool and 4-hole golf course.
Teodoro's on the government payroll as "minister of agriculture and forestry," and supposedly makes just $5,000 per month. But his Malibu home contains $60,000 worth of rugs, a $58,000 home theater and a $1,734 pair of wine glasses.

Mrs O was roundly criticized for her scary appearance at the Oscars---the star buzz is that those in the seats heaved a collective groan when she appeared. Post-Oscar stories left her out of the reports centered on red carpet apparel---one star's dress was designed by the same designer as Mrs O's dress. But reports ommitted any mention of her or her dress.
LOYAL DEMOCRAT DONNY DEUTSCH WEIGHED IN ON MRS O'S OSCAR BOMB: "As far as I'm concerned, she was an uninvited guest. Now what I mean by that is (as an advert guru), you have to give the consumer, the viewer, the ultimate respect. They tuned in to watch movie stars, to watch movies. And all of a sudden, politics is thrown at them."
"If I want to watch her on Jimmy Fallon, that's okay. But, (the Awards)---that was an intrusion, and I have a feeling that three out of four Americans -- Democrat or Republican -- don't want to see the First ady (there). I think you have to respect your audience enough to not impose her, that's not a moment we're looking for there---the President or the First Lady," Deutsch said on CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight."
DONNY CONTINUED: "....the tone of it, it was almost a monarch quality.....an elitist flavor....(replete w/ uniformed military guards). One could even say Ohaha's using the "Argentina Strategy." He and his wife see themselves with unlimited power---employing military strongmen to keep the we, the rabble in check---while duping the citizenry into thinking they are "humanitarians.

The Perons bankrupted Argentina, took savage, total power by confiscating money from the rich-----and letting Evita bestow the money on the poor, in numerous well-publicized "acts of charity." Evita traveled around in luxurious designer fashions, furs and lavish jewels; she was infatuated w/ Hollywood.
Reigning movie queen Lana Turner saw Evita adopt her look and hair styles---and was alarmed when her jewelry was confiscated so that Evita could get it copied.
Course, I may be a bit cynical (cackle)......but Hollywood coming down hard on Michele's scary Oscar visibility could be reason Obama might be considering ordering the dreaded drones and DHS tanks to roll over Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Malibu, and like environs.
What is hurting Obama is the fact he unwisely used the IRS—the most disliked of all Federal agencies—as the means to intimidate the opposition. Doesn’t he remember that one of the articles of Impeachment against President Nixon was abusing the power of the IRS against political enemies?

What are the rules about a soldier, Marine holding an umbrella over a president’s head....some were mentioned at the time of rendering the umbrella aid.
My son graduates Marine boot camp in 23 days which I will attend in San Diego and this makes me sick.
Thanks for the relevant photo’s...There are many other things to focus on relating to this administration..not umbrellas...I was wondering myself about what the protocol is. This wouldn’t seem unusual to me.
I’m curious as to what would happen to that Marine had he refused to take up an umbrella? After all, is it not true that US Marine males are prohibited from using an umbrella while in uniform? So, Obama asked this Marine to do something that is prohibited. What should his response have been?
I cannot speak to the Army regs, Marine regs state no male personnel in uniform can hold an umbrella.
