There wa s no reason to kill the snake. A phone call would have had it placed into local zoo or preserve.
Ha ha ha. There are reportedly perhaps hundreds of thousands of pythons now in central Florida. They are wiping out the wildlife much less pets and humans. It is a serious problem down there.
