No, it is because one set of parents, in attempting to exert authority over their own daughter, chose to act to ruin the life of another girl (whose own parents are apparently too liberal to have probably ever attempted to exert authority over her).
What these parents did is not Christian. Their hatred and lack of control over their own daughter has allowed them to act without grace. Jesus, Pope Francis, my own priest, the local Baptist minister...I just don’t see any of them saying “Oh, just wait until she turns eighteen. Then you can get her!” For shame.
I realize this is not the Religion Forum, but could you please weigh in on Free Republic’s position on homosexual molestation of children, and a newbie troll bad mouthing Christians for trying to raise their children according to God’s laws? Thank you.
