Same here Alex. My HDL is over 120. I continue to eat healthy and bike 80 miles per week and hit the gym 3 days a week. Screw statins! I don’t think there is a once size fits all guideline regarding cholesterol.
I bike to and from the market every day, but I doubt that I make 80 miles...maybe half that.
I could do more swimming, as the beach is only about 100 feet from my front door.
