Oh good. You’re not a hippie. LOL
Hobert and with a fit of slow drawl.
Like Miamuh, OK.
Kewel!!! When I go to list my Mom, in Catoosa I’ll take my fishing poles and head over yer way.
We can grab something at Sonic or whatever that drive in is over there.
Wish I were there right now fishing at Ten Killer. Oh man the fish are so delicious from this waters. They eat those yellow flowers and which is imparted in the taste. Even the catfish are delish .
My brother and sister would go with me and or favorite fish was sand bass. Not for eating. Too friggin much work cleaning. Like Crappie.
No, I loved em because when they hit a lure, off a light rod, and your neck deep casting, it feels like a 10 pound largemouth landed on that thing and then they just run side to side like lightning.
So fun!!!

WHAT! SONIC? In this country you eat at BARNETT’S DRIVE IN on Tulsa st in Siloam! Best burgers around and they serve REAL mill shakes, not that “whipped topping” with a little ice cream in the bottom that Sonic passes off or that immition crap McDonald’s serves!
Barnetts is closed on Sunday and Monday.
Remember when Lake Gibson, east of Chouteau was polluted with PCBs thirty years ago? They traced it to a leaking air conditioner condenser in Pryor.
The Governor tried to show everyone it was safe to eat Lake Gibson fish and ate some on TV as proof.
After the cameras quit rolling he spit it out. Claimed it was cold.
