Father Of Late SEAL Speaks Out About Suing Obama, Biden

--snipp- Strange says they made his son, a SEAL Team Six Special Forces serviceman, a target.

"How'd they know 10 days after killing bin Laden that it was SEAL Team Six? It was our government. Our government did that, put a tag on my son's back. They marked him," Strange said. "My son never had a chance to get married. So, I want some answers."

Mr. Strange says that his main goal is to get them to open an investigation....Which is what we need. I do agree with Cen-Tejas, that a criminal case against the CIC will go nowhere and it shouldn’t. I know I might get flamed for saying that, but the precedent it would set would be awful, for not only the CIC, but the entire military chain of command. I do think that government officials can be sued in civil court, but something he did while being the CIC would be a military court. I don’t know how that works. Anyway...I do not like what a criminal case like that sets up for future presidents.

Having said that however, Obama should be investigated for dereliction of duty and another offenses that could be impeachable in this horrible attack.

That is where you go after him...in his failure to execute his duties as commander in chief. The investigation would likely turn up the Islamist moles in his administration that likely committed treason. If Obama did..then treason is a crime that could get him impeached and thrown in jail..a very tall hurdle due to protections afforded his office.

Anyway..random thoughts.
