Their [.IRS] question specifically asked from the IRS to the Coalition for Life of Iowa---quote:
"Please detail the content of the members of your organization's prayers."
Would that be an appropriate question to a 501c3 applicant? the content of one's prayers?
Miller: It pains me to say I can't speak to that one either.
Schock: You don't know whether that would be an appropriate question to ask an applicant?
Miller:Speaking outside of this case, which I don't know anything about, it would surprise me that that question was asked.

Schock to Mr George: During your investigations, are you aware of the 3 letters submitted by Senators Baucus, Schumer abd Durban written to the IRS, specifically Mr Shulman, asking them to give extra scrutiny to 501c4 applications?
George: I am aware of it but I don't know the details, sir.
Schock: So in your investigation, so far, in questioning employees of the IRS, did you ask them specifically whether or not these letters from sitting US Senators influenced or impacted their decisions around these cases.
George: I do not believe that was part of the inquiry, sir.
Schock: Will you ask those questions in the future?
George: I will ask that, if appropriate. We will certainly do so, if appropriate.

Schock then makes a statement of Citizens United. Obama was furious about that ruling, IIRC, didn't he excoriate SCOTUS publicly? Basically said, screw you, like he does to Congress, and then Obama et al plotted an end run.
Above the law--- always above the law---above the Constitution---the basic definition of tyranny in our Republic.
PS: I would like highly-esteemed Mark Levin to stop calling what is happening in these Unites States under the Obama Adm soft tyranny. What line do they have to cross before Levin starts calling this renegade "government" hard tyranny--- or just plain TYRANNY.
Great summation.
Yes..when do we call this hard tyranny?
“Schock: Will you ask those questions in the future?
George: I will ask that, if appropriate. We will certainly do so, if appropriate.”
Thanks for posting this, I missed that exchange that the IG audit never asked the question of IRS employees if their questions were politically motivated... It’s on record now that the next audit will include those (if appropriate)...
