Miller is giving the middle finger to the Reps. He is so accustomed to intimidating people with the power of the IRS, he has no respect or fear of Congress. He is responsible except when it comes to bearing the consequences of his decision. He was not even fired. He is still the Commissioner and will be until next Wednesday.

And the Dems are blaming the Citizens United decision, Bush, and the failure to have better guidelines--a fault of Congress.
