I think this guy was supposed to testify on the Hill Friday. That is why he is out.

He can still be required to testify, no? If he broke the law, he’s not suddenly exempted from it.

Just because he resigned, that shouldn't let him off the hook for testifying on Friday.

Then he says in an e-mail he won’t be leaving til June when his mission there is over.

So this is nothing..not a resignation nor a fire...he was leaving anyway.
