Actually, I do think that Obama is going to pull the victim card (he’s black [his ingenious version of black], don’t you know?) and is going to say that people are picking on him.
I don’t think he’s going to get out of this legally, but I think he might escape prosecution simply because he’s black and they’ll give him an out in order to avoid inflaming all the blacks for whom he has proclaimed himself the standard bearer - regardless of the fact that economically, blacks have almost never done worse than under Obama.
He’s also going to get a lot of support from the tiny but very powerful (and dangerous) Muslim contingent in this country.
So I don’t think the punishment will fall very hard on him, but it might be more severe for his minions, as he always knew it would be.
