A look at events leading to the disclosure that the Internal Revenue Service placed conservative groups under special scrutiny for 18 months before the 2012 elections, a practice that has prompted congressional inquiries and a Justice Department criminal investigation:
2010:
March-April: IRS agents begin giving extra attention to tax-exempt applications from groups associated with the tea party or with a political sounding agenda in their names, such as "Patriots," ''Take Back the Country" or "We the People," according to the IRS inspector general.
August: The first IRS "BOLO" listing — meaning Be on the Lookout — is issued for "various local organizations in the Tea Party movement" that are seeking tax-exempt status.

I’m sure Steven Miller will be first on Holder’s indictment list. He had a history of these shenanagans when he worked for Clinton.

DOJ investigating Holder. Miller investigating the IRS? Oh I’m sure they will find nothing. No basis for criminal charges found. Yes we’re absolutely sure about it....sigh

Calvin leaves out a lot of info concerning Congressional Democrat letters to the IRS demanding that these conservative groups be investigated. Schumer, Reid, Franken, Baucus et al pushed the IRS to ramp up scrutiny.
It looks like MSM is preparing to make Obama look like a hero with this IRS scandal. You will see headlines reading “Obama Outraged.” Of course we all know he knew about the tax audits from the beginning, but the ignorance claim is how the MSM will help him. He will fire a few low-level IRS employees, most likely whistle-blowers preparing to implicate their leadership. Keep the leadership team in place along with Holder; and the MSM will bow down and praise him as the Messiah who clamped down on the IRS. In all likelihood he will continue his IRS audits against conservative groups for the next few years and proclaim his innocence while low info voters keep using their Obamaphones to tell their friends to vote for Hillary Clinton in 2016.
The conservatives need to start a whistle blowing group in the IRS. It worked for Scientology!
Someone should ask Harry Reid where he got the information that he was touting about Mitt Romney not paying taxes for ten years. He should be asked under oath.
