That is what I think. Benghazi must be truly horrible to try hiding it with IRS malfeasance.
Alternately, I think they are trying distract us from Amnesty being passed. If everybody is worked up Benghazi, and the IRS, how many will notice that that Amnesty is creeping through Congress?
On the other hand, the IRS scandal could lead to the permanent neutering of the agency, which would ultimately do a lot more harm to the interests of International Socialism than impeaching the friendly black puppet. They can find more Obamas - they can't endure without a powerful IRS serving as a revenue collection and behavior modification tool.
