"According to Benghazi whistleblower Gregory Hicks, the deputy chief of mission in Libya, special forces were “furious” when they were told to stand down during the Benghazi attack.

Who gave the order? Hicks said he got a call from Hillary and THEN got a call ordering the "no go". The Special Forces people work for the Pentagon not the State Dept. Who had the authority to order a stand down? Hicks never said who the second phone call was from and no one on the committee asked him! Rumor has it that it was from Cheryl Mills (#2 or #3 Hillary clone in State). Why did the Special Forces people obey?

Hicks was asked that during the hearing on Wednesday. He said he didn’t know but thought it was either AFRICOM or SOCOM-Africa.
