I thought he surrendered his law license for 7yrs; maybe it was revoked because he was convicted of lying in court. I don’t know what the final outcome actually was.
I’m not too sure about it either...but his license was revoked and it had to be about lying under oath which can also be seen as “obstruction”, I think.
So much for Ms. Mills stellar acumen in the law...
