Yes there is. Jews without a book I guess.
There are too many liberal Jews nowadays, no matter what country, and especially in Israel; I just read a statement from a liberal Jew on another website who regards Jerusalem Day as a holiday for the country’s so-called “religious right” and not for all Jews.
Or one that they have twisted around or largely ignored.
The Torah is not to be changed in ANY way. It applies to all Jews for all time.
