Nothing to see. Same old stuff. Yaawwn. Conservatives up to their same old tricks. Anyway, at this point, what difference does it make? Now we take you back to the abducted women in Cleveland story, over and over. You're getting sleepy.....there now...sleeeep....sleeeeeeep.

Meanwhile, AP covers every scintilla of the Jody Arias trial.
I still have no idea what that trial is about.
And I don't care to know! Don't derail this thread by trying to bring me up to speed on it.
Stay focused on the theme of this thread.

I wasn’t able to catch a glimpse or a typed word on a thread about the hearings yesterday, I’ll have to try to catch up today. But it seems the rescuees and Arias are sucking up all the bandwidth so far... hope I’m wrong.

Whatever happened to “Nobody was told to stand down” and “Spontaneous demonstration in reaction to a video”?
Two blatant LIES put forth by the 0bama administration for WEEKS isn't newsworthy, or a scandal?
A Republican President and/or Secretary of State would be raked over the coals for the blatant incompetence this shows - let alone the blatant and politically motivated LIES.

Most Obama media running with dem talking points that nothing new was learned and that it is all a political ploy by the republicans.
Typically corrupt and biased.

But what about ‘there wasn’t time?’ How could anybody know that unless the attack was progressing as scheduled?

A good question for a rational person but our media is not interested in rational thought or the truth anymore.
BTW...Boehner giving a presser on Capitol Hill in about 20 minutes....I am praying he will announce a special committee or that he is stepping down as speaker...but not holding my breath.

Bengazi? Who cares? There is more media coverage on who was eliminated on "Dancing With The Stars?
In 1932, Aldous Huxley published the chilling novel Brave New World.
Full of dire predictions and sinister concepts, the novel has a tendency to strike a deep sense of foreboding and uneasiness.
The picture of the future which Huxley paints for us stands in sharp contrast to other similar works to with which Brave New World is often compared.
For example, while George Orwells 1984 portrays a dark, sinister regime in which the oppressed populous are controlled by propaganda, government surveillance, and most of all pain, Brave New World tells a story in which pleasure, not pain is used to control and manipulate.
While Orwell feared a government which would hide the truth in order to maintain control; Huxley feared a world in which the truth would be shoved into obscurity by a sea of amusement and entertainment.

If history is our guide, then whatever Boehner announces.....real conservatives will be outraged.
I am in a very depressed and hopeless mood today.....but hoping it will pass...lol.
