Maloney is trying to sell the spin that just because Hilary's signature was on a State dept document it doesn't mean that she is responsible for the content. This is absolute nonsense. Her signature is there so that the document does carry the same legal weight as if she wet-signed it. This weak spin is a sure sign of Hilary's culpability and the desperate weak reeds they are grasping at to rescue her.
