That really gets me... the dynamic duo of Obama and hillary, knowing full well that a lot of people were killed in earlier mass demonstrations when the press published the fictional version of the Koran in the Toilet event, decided to produce an ad with their own fictional version of events the "Innocence of Muslims" movie - and play it on Pakistani TV. They had to know it would incite riots more than the movie would have done if they had not drawn attention to it.
