Beth Jones the day after the attack met with the Libyan ambassador and said it was a terrorist attack by Ansar.
The Secretary of State must sign the wavier to occupy facilities that don't meet security standards.
Hicks was ordered by State lawyers to not meet with Chafetz and State sent a lawyer with the CODEL to find out what was being disclosed. The lawyer did not have the appropriate security clearance and was kept out of one meeting. Subsequently, Hicks received a call from Sherill Mills (sic: Cheryl Mills), Hillary's primary deputy who dressed down Hicks for excluding the State lawyer.
