If so, that has changed from when I last had up-to-date info. Back then it was internet. Anyway, the poster said it wasn’t on her tv, so she could go to the site if she has internet.

It could be dependent on who your provider is. I am in San Diego and I have Cox. CSPAN-3 may not be available to those with other providers.
