I want a law like this in Texas.

HB872 now in the House in Texas awaiting committee approval before it goes to the full House for a vote. Allows for manufacture of firearms up to 1.5 inch bore diameter for smokelss powder guns an no limit for black powder, hehehehehe. I always wanted a 37mm cannon!

I think it was replaced by H.B. 1076. HB 1076 has passed the House (with no amendments!) and has been passed to the Senate.

I think we should have at least one cannon per household in “Free America”... Unfortunately I write this from the Manchin gun rights monster state of WV... something I intend to rectify within the next nine months.
