Ive been putting off shots to the lower back, but the loss of range of movement has become problematic.
I had cortizone epidurals back after a 2004 back injury on the Farm, and that led me to Oxycontin and vodka; self-medication. It was awful. Detox was a bitch. No alcohol or drugs for 28mos (1/10/11), now. Losing 85lbs (247 —> 162, now up to 180lbs) got rid of my problems, BTW. Not saying that’ll help you, ‘cause I don’t know your med history. I was back to 100% after losing all that extra weight.
