Interestingly, after Barry’s first around the world tour we received some fragmentary reports, mostly just unsourced comments, that the leaders he met with thought he was a complete fool and tool. He is like a wind up doll, he goes out, reads off a teleprompter exactly what he was told to say, smiles, and leaves. In private meetings, he has no such prop. Everything except when to take out the garbage is above this guys pay grade.
