He just wants Congress to “behave” - I guess he thinks he’s the parent and Congress are the children that need to follow whatever direction he provides.

He thinks congress needs to bow to his will. He better read the constitution. Guess he doesn’t know that there are three branches of gov, just like there are 57 states.
