be careful TSP can etch glass. I’ve found that you need less than a tsp. along with Cascade for heavy duty work. Finish from Sam’s works well.

a) I was just passing on the information. I use TSP for some cleaning around here

b) I AM the dishwasher here in the tiny shotgun shack I call home

c)I'm a single guy. What do I care if the glasses get etched? ;)

There've been threads here in the past regarding TSP -- amazingly, it's still legal in Kalifornia, so we bought a many years' supply last year.

Consensus on those threads averaged out to 1/4 teaspoon per load -- glasses shine, and our formerly dullish flatware now sparkles.

Just be sure to get 'real' TSP!
