FWIW I think four eyes is a female officer.

A few years ago, I was calling on an engineering firm in a city in southern Iowa. The property next door had some storage barns, garages, etc. Outside one of the garages sat a black painted APC with “Sheriff” painted on the side of it.
It did not scare me. My immediate reaction was that it really pissed me off.
