I think a lot of unemployed guys are hanging around at walmart early in the AM waiting for ammo to show up.
They snarfle it and then double their money on it over at the gun show..
If I was unemployed I would.
It pays better than pop bottles LoL
Snarfle. I’m gonna have to add that to my dictionary. lol
AR15 pistol?
I really dont get the rifle based pistols.
An SBR I understand.

Everyone immediately knows what it means.
See ya later PE
Have a great week.
Cya in about a month.
I have never heard of it.
I will check it out.
Thanks to all who stopped by.
Have a great week!
I see Amarok knows where we are staying in Wimberly.
Yes, but a SBR is NFA and a pistol is not.
And then there’s this..
Us the Google, c_h just sold ihs.
I know, but rifle based pistols seem very difficult to use.
Charlie let me use that Draco AK pistol and it was fun, but it is heavy, hard to aim and the first recoil almost hit me in the head. LOL
Hell!
I want a stock on my C96 Mauser
I like SBR underfolders.
Everyone is trying to make stuff smaller LOL
Pistol based carbines intrigue me.
Don’t know if you consider a Henry Mare’s Leg lever action a rifle based pistol, but that’s what I want this year, just for fun.
“..Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz on Thursday asked Nick Nayak, DHS’ chief procurement officer, a question we and others have been asking: Why has the Department of Homeland Security been buying so much ammunition?
snip
“What does not make sense in the information you provided is that Customs and Border Control used (around 14 million) rounds for operational purposes when they rarely fire their guns,” a skeptical Chaffetz said, citing just one example of a particular allocation.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which falls under DHS’s jurisdiction, fired “less than 100 rounds” during 15 shooting incidents last year, according to Humberto Medina, assistant director of ICE’s’ National Firearm and Tactical Training Unit. By this criterion, the DHS stockpile should last a very long time”

Is the govt. intentionally buying our ammo, so we can’t?
Dumb rules.
They can not under contract get more than 1.6 billion rounds over 5 years. It is my understanding that Lake City alone can produce 1 billion rounds a year.
Its just a semi auto pistol designed in 1896 all day long till I put a stock on it.
Then it is NFA, “Wooo Boogie Boogie Scare”
