I think it’s important to remember that Eric Hokder’s law firm, Covington & Burling, defended terrorists. Although he’s no longer senior partner at C&B, he’s still defending terrorists. Once again, this can be blamed on Congress (Pelousy’s Congress), because this conflict of interest should have precluded him from ever holding the position of AG.
