It's OK for Democrats to lie under oath. The Senate's "acquittal" of Bill Clinton proved that.

I've always suspected that Teddy lied under oath about how many drinks he had consumed before he drove off the bridge at Chappaquiddick and killed Mary Jo Kopechne (he said three rum and Cokes)...he was probably thoroughly drunk which was why he waited so long to contact the authorities, so his blood alcohol level would have gone down...but there would be no way to prove it unless someone else at the party came forward and of course they were all Kennedy loyalists.
