This admin is banking of the stupid lazy people stay that way. This story is not exactly the easiest to follow, there are alot of layers and info to digest. Having said that, the way I understood it, the 212 3 B has nothing at all to do with the no fly list, two different animals.
They already had a file on this kid and a prior event/incident. That file is the one that was amended, which apparently is NOT an easy thing to accomplish.
I'm not certain but that's the impression I got too. Beck has emphatically said that it's very hard to be put on 212 3b status. That it takes a sign off by multiple agencies to apply it and a sign off of multiple agencies to amend it. It wouldn't happen either way overnight.
Beck also says he has documentation of who tried to alter Alharbi's file. Baier says he spoke to a number of highly placed officials. But did he speak with the right highly placed officials? We shall see.
