The Catholic Church also teaches that sex outside of marriage is wrong and that remarriage after divorce is wrong.
Will they fire anyone who doesn’t restrict their sex life to their live long spouse?
Will they fire anyone who doesnt restrict their sex life to their live long spouse?

I have full confidence that the Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus would fire any teacher that it found had been divorced.
All one would have to do is to search public records to find any current teacher that has been divorced and forward that information to the Diocese.
The divorced teacher would be fired and no one would object.

Catholic School Fires [Male] Teacher for Staying Over at Girlfriend's House
I don't know the answer to that. I did apply for a job as a teacher at a Catholic School some time back. I was told that I did not have to be a Catholic, but that I had to adhere to Catholic principles.
I asked if that meant they would not hire someone with a live-in girlfriend. I was told that they would not, and that if they found a teacher was living in sin that the teacher would be fired.
Didn't bother me any, since I had been married for nearly 20 years by then, but that seems to answer part of your question. If you send up a skyrocket saying “I am having sex outside marriage” through a live-in relationship will get you fired.
If you had been paying attention to the matter on this forum, you'd know the answer to that question.
