Here are the Saudi flag (green) and the Flag of Jihad (black). The FOJ is used by various terrorist groups, and also appears as black lettering on a white background.

The lettering is the famous Islamic text known as the Shahada..."There is no god but God, Muhammad is the messenger of God".

Notice anything similar between the two?
