Well, we know that a few “fringe” forums are used by, let’s just say, operatives. Both friends and not.
Two possibilities here, to my mind. A. Someone with a good eye spotted him, somewhere, coincidentally. The video itself is not all that common, it was rather obscure when it came out and was an internal jihadist forum thing.
Or, B. Someone knew about the whole thing and is using it now. I can sorta guess who, if so.
Have a theory. Holding onto it until I can get a little more info.
As for this kid, even their personalities match. Both love mugging for the camera. In the vid, the kid even leans forward to wave to the camera.
