He’s an American citizen plain and simple. His rights are the same as yours or mine. That cannot be argued.

What COULD be argued, is whether he attained his naturalization and citizenship under false pretenses. If so, I believe the existing law allows for stripping or nullification of his citizenship.

So far it seems the prosecutors are not going that route.

Exactly! Which is why I do not understand Rubio's argument that if "immigration" reform had already been in place the Boston Terror Attack never would have happened.
