Please excuse this far out opinion: Putin and Li have told Hussein that they cannot risk sending their peacekeeping troops to the US to protect him etc until Hussein disarms the citizens. This is holding up TPTB crashing the dollar, starting the communist inspired uprising in urban areas, implementing marshal law, begin arresting Hussein’s opponents, shutting banks to issue the Amero and chips and creating the New World Order.
