The Saudi national who was initially detained and then ruled out as a suspect in the Boston Marathon terrorist attack had been flagged on a terror watch list and was granted a student visa without being properly vetted, sources have told me.
A source close to the investigation revealed that Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi had been deemed inadmissible under the section of the Immigration and Nationality Act which declares ineligible for a visa any alien who is engaged in or is likely to engage after entry in terrorist activity.
At least two additional sources have confirmed to me that Ali Alharbi is set to be deported as early as this week, contrary to statements made by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement official told me that it was a case a Saudi being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
The official, with knowledge of the case, said Alharbis status has changed but as it now stands he will be sent back home.
They dont like the negative press, the official said of the Saudis. The guess is he will probably be allowed to leave without a lot of hype in order to avoid political sensitivities with the Saudis.

Like it or not, this bomber is an american citizen and must be mirandized. We must not allow the rights of citizenship to be lost, for fear of violence, even for just vengeance. If they can ignore the law for this scumbag, how much more you when they decide your political views are dangerous! Be careful what power you give to authority for it may be turned your way!!!!
And Fast & Furious and what happened in Bengazhi is all connected to all of this.
Thank you and I believe you are very accurate. But it’s more than just illicit Saudi campaign contributions. Even without those contributions/bribes, they would ‘own’ a good chunk of us, meaning control us. Here’s why:

Wish we could get the whole story from start to finish.
Wow, good eye.
Thank you. Quite a cache there.
That tall blonde Imam on the thread you linked: does he look like the blonde guy in the blast photos? I’ll go look
Someone just called Beck and told him. Hmmmmmm.
I’ve got one right here in the very rural Midwest. Just a former restaurant converted into a center....
Deport him to Gitmo
Today, al-Waleed is soiling his burka.
I saw a photo of a young woman taking a picture of the older bomber. Anyone remember this and know who she is? It was one of the closeups with arrows.
You got it.
“OK so its nearly 2 hours into Glenn Becks show... what is this stunning news revalation?”
I’m listening to his radio show (livestream), and he’s giving some clues/background on the big revelation scheduled for 5pm EST.
I've been asking that question for days, haven't gotten a good answer. It's one of those rumors that popped up in the days after the bombing (when there were all sorts of rumors flying around), and people seem to have latched on to it, despite a lack of evidence. It just doesnt make sense:
1) The pictures show no burns on his hands. Burns, particularly severe burns, don't heal that quickly;
2) In the pictures, he had an IV in his hand. If his hands were, in fact, burned, the medical staff would have inserted the IV elsewhere; and
3) What would "burned hands" even prove? That he was so close to the bomb--holding it, perhaps--that his hands were burned? Because, if he was close enough to the bomb that his hands were burned from the blast, he likely wouldn't have survived the blast, and even if he did, there would have been a whole lot of other damage in the pictures (shrapnel, etc.).
If you ever look at his pictures he looks like a punk who has just gotten over on you with a smirk on his face knowing that he will get away with it... evil.
Does anyone know why this isn’t breaking?
What he's talked about so far isn't the BIG news he promised today? What?
