Arab is a town in AL. Pronounced “a-rab”.
Oddly enough, that's the way I try to make a point of pronouncing the other a-rab too .. even odder, the b often wants to come out like a g .. maybe I should get that checked .. or not
Correct but not complete. I'm from Alabama and we pronounce it "ay' rab" with the emphasis on the "ay" and being careful to not put the tiny "ee" at the end of "ay" in accordance with correct Southern speech.
