He’s the only senator on TIME’s list of “influential people”
I trust him to try and make this bill better.
It’s coming whether we like it or not :(

Oh, bull. Romney lost because he was a fricken GOP-e LIBERAL!!
Abortion should be safe and legal in America. - Mitt Romney
I’ll be better than Ted Kennedy for gay rights. - Mitt Romney
Ever heard of RomneyCare (precursor to ObamaCare)?
I love mandates. - Mitt Romney

Sarah was praising Rand for his filibuster demanding basic answers about our use of drones. I don’t see any comments from her about his comments that conservatives should brace immigration reform so I would not call this a complete approval. Paul and Rubio are dancing close to the end if they continue this route of amnesty/forgiveness because many will not go along with it which will hurt the party.
To: Jim Robinson
I agree his record wasn’t great.

Thats why Romney lost pretty badly.
Wrong!
Is that you Karl Rove?
Same crap he is shoveling.
Romney lost because he did not excite anyone.
Romney lost because he couldn't communicate a conservative vision if his life depended on it because he is nothing better than a light-weight Democrat pretending to be a Republican.
Romney lost because instead of having any solid conservative principles, he is a businessman who ran a campaign based on risk-avoidance.
Romney lost because he lied about being a conservative pro-life Republican during the primaries and then after he had won the primary he came out in support of Abortion in the case of Rape, Incest, Life AND HEALTH of the mother, basically the same crap the left uses to put ok almost all abortions.
Romney lost because he supported Gays in the Military, Gays in the Boy Scouts and Gay Adoption.
50 million available, legal voters did not take part in the election of 2012.
A goodly portion of those voters would have been motivated, much less the base, to vote and Get out the Vote, if they actually had a conservative to vote for.

The way we kill this bill is to target members of the Judiciary committee in the House..
Are you ready Jim? I’ll start helping with that soon.

I like Sarah and her views carry a lot of weight with me. In fact I changed my vote to Cruz in the Texas primary because of Sarah and I am very happy I did. Cruz is a great Senator. Paul has nothing to do with the immigration bill now in the Senate, I am pretty sure he will vote against it, so I do not understand why he is getting bashed over it.

I agree his record wasnt great.
What about Mitt Romney being the Father of Gay Marriage in America.
He unconstitutionally implemented Gay Marriage in Massachusetts without the Legislature putting a bill in front him as required by the MA Constitution.
His record just wasn't great, it was positively Progressive Liberal.
The fact that he could, without blushing, call himself a Republican, or even a conservative, just shows you the total lack of a conscience.

Maybe so, maybe not.
However, Rand Paul has his own pile of crap Amnesty proposal where he wants to "Normalize" 2 million undocumented Democrats each and every year based on the "Certification" of the US Congress that the border is secure.
The same congress comprised of approximately 50% Democrats who would certify the border is secure if 100 Terrorists were coming across daily in full view of the border patrol.
The same congress comprised of another 25% of RINOS who will also certify that the border is secure as it is right now.
Rand Paul's Amnesty plan (AKA Immigration Reform plan) does nothing to punish those felons in the Illegal Alien community who have practiced any form of ID Fraud, or crossing the border illegally.

->Senate, I am pretty sure he will vote against it, so I do not understand why he is getting bashed over it.
There have been a number of articles out of Rand telling conservatives they must embrace immigration reform. Jim DeMnit has said this current bill does not address the reforms that need to be first and foremost; as in immediate border security. With this bill, it would be some 3-5 years before a plan is set for that. Can you image all of the illegals entering within 5 years time. The illegals will be granted a legal status. The US is basically focusing on illegals not on those who want to come here legally. It's a bad bill. America will be forever changed.
To: SoConPubbie
I suspect his amendments will fail and he wont be endorsing this garbage
