To all the bleeding heart liberals and libertarians defending the Islamic terrorist!!

He may have gotten by the negligent, incompetent misled DHS, the FBI, ICE, the lax immigration policies, etc, etc, and he may have been awarded citizenship, but that does not change the undeniable and obvious fact that he turned TRAITOR and joined the Islamic enemy in their continuing bloody attacks on America and innocent American citizens (and others). Yes, that is TREASON and the moment he joined in on this treasonous operation he became an enemy combatant!!
Read, study, understand and abide by the constitution!!

Jim, I agree! Put him in the orange jump suit, take him to Gitmo, and water-board away
To: Jim Robinson
Under that Constitution he has the right to a speedy and fair trial, followed by a first class execution. I suggest a public hanging.

You left out clinton’s collusion with the red chinese.

I’m not going to defend or pidgeonhole Napolitano at all. That’s weak broth, though, to attack and antagonize your fellow travelers on Liberty’s side.

"Is our government inconpetiet or are they committing treason themselves." Both. Especially Obama, Biden, Diane Feinstein, Janet Napolitano, et al. Traitors all. Sadly, we have some RINOS joining right in there.

Right after 9/11, our borders should have been locked down. We have the resources and personnel. The whole focus should have been that it would have been easier for a terrorist to pass through the eye of a needle than getting across our borders. Another point is that no more Muslims should have been allowed to enter our country. Hell, we have them from Saudia Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Somalia, Palestine, Chechnya, and God knows where else now. Just a handful of people are continually putting this great nation at risk of catastrophic financial and National Security disasters. There aren’t words for me, and others obviously, to describe our collective fury towards the rulers who couldn’t care less. God how I hate certain people in this country.

.> You can start with libertarian Andrew Napolitano (who I usually respect) but who was just on FOX News bleeding for this bloodthirsty traitors constitutional rights. This POS Islamic traitor has NO RIGHTS. He gave them up when he became an enemy combatant by joining the Islamic war on America and carrying out his bloody militant attack on American citizens on American soil!!
That's right. The majority should look at this attack in this way as you posted though so many are following the caption from television. That judge really helped the terrorist, that's for sure.
To: Jim Robinson
I am getting so sick of the media fawning over this puke. He's not an innocent kid! He's a selfish, cold blooded killer that changed the lives of hundreds of people, forever.

Public hanging would be appropriate.

Treason seems to fit the bill.
As far as I’m concerned, John Walker Lindh should have never polluted American soil again. Unfortunately we’ve let our most necessary laws fall into disrepair.

Adam Yahiye Gadahn has been indicted for treason as of 2012, but has not been brought to trial as he remains at large.

So, now you are concerned about attacks on fellow travelers? Attacks on conservatives and Christians by Libertarians have become so tiresome that I block them out. I blame the negativity of the last election as much on Libertarians as I do Democrats.

Well, you might want to keep your eyes peeled and your ears open. If the libertarians come out with Judge Napolitano in defending this Islamic terrorist bastard, they’ll be crossing a bridge they don’t want to cross.

I agree completely.
Fair, speedy, and public trial.
Speedy and public execution.

They might not have been defending the terrorist, but I have seen quite a few predict that it would be a home grown terrorist and that we shouldn’t blame Muslims because of our foreign policy in the Middle East. It might not have been on FreeRepublic, but the Libertarians on the WSJ were all for blaming Bush and his foreign policy.

Can't see how, for a hundred we've always done business with them and the government's had a "communist problem" for that same time.
Wilson was the first to recognize the Bolshevik regime.
How much business do we do with "communist" China ?
Communism's only a bad word amongst rank-and-file conservatives.
To Washington DC it's just another government.
