Oh yeah I know.
Just glad Tom is calling it a hissy fit. Perfect analogy.

I almost fainted when I went to Wal-Mart this past Monday. Something just told me, "get out of bed and get down there".
I got there at about ten til seven in the morning, and four guys were milling around the sporting goods desk ahead of me. The clerk wheeled a shopping cart up right at seven, and started opening boxes. He had a case of 9mm, three cases of .380, some 12 gauge, some 7.62x39, two cases of Remington Golden Bullet .22, and one case of Federal .22 round nose 40 grain. May have been something else, but I can't remember.
Everybody got what they were looking for. I picked up 2 of the 500 round bricks of Federal .22, for $45.00 total, including tax.
Clerk said it was the best variety he had seen come in on one day in a long time. I felt blessed!

Wait, this caller said you can become a firearms instructor for free through the NRA?
Last time I looked into it for Clint Jr’s Boy Scout troop it costed $500.

Looking over my new toy tonight. Marlin XT-17V. 22” bull barrel. Won it in a raffle at the local DU chapter. And ammo is plentiful!

Powder is becoming very scarce, too. After the Boston Marathon Massacre, some states are going to ban smokeless powder. The ATF/FBI hasn’t released the analysis of the 2 bombs explosives, yet, as far as I know. Some looms at pmsNBC etc are blaming the bombs’ explosives on reloading powder.

I paid $30 each for two boxes of 9mm at a little mom and pop gun store I stopped at in Nebraska last week.
Regular PMC 115gr FMJ. Normally runs about 16-18 bucks a box but I don't mind supporting the little guys.

Wow, maybe the ammo drought is ending.
I’ve not been going to Pistol League at IWLA because I am hoarding what’s left of my 300 round can of Fiocchi .22s.

Doesn’t really matter. Someone will try to get it banned.

As far as the left is concerned, Americans cannot
be trusted with these high capacity lead delivery systems.
